50/50

I'm still limping along, but doing better, now that I'm into revisions on my novel.

Day: 18 (right? I think so.)
Goal:  18,000
Actuality:  5,047

Like I said, I'm aiming for 10k a week in revisions, so hopefully I'll actually catch up and not feel like a total washout.

I envy you. I suck at making goals. I think, "I'll get a lot of writing done at *insert time/day* because of *random reason there'll be peace and quiet in my house* and then the moment comes...and I blog. But if I am doing something else, I'm struck by the bug and quickly write down my ideas/plot/little scene or whatever. My muse is a fickle beast.

I really need to set a goal now that my recital is over. I can actually slow down and breath again lol, you've inspired me; I think I'll try. But I don't think I can shoot for 1k a day and keep up with school haha. But you're totally awesome, keep it up! :)

One word at a time. Try not to think about what you have yet to do, but what you have already done.

I'm about there too, 5k. It was an unexpected busy weekend. But I'm positive. That's about the only positive thing going on lately. That and it's going to be 70 today! First time since November!!
