Monday: first nursing fundamentals exam
Tuesday: first A&P lab quiz, first A&P exam, hubby has a job interview
Wednesday: done with all tests! Hallelujah! Try to remember what it's like not studying for tests!
Thursday: Start to freak out about skills check-off on Friday. Practice blood pressure over and over. Hubby gets job offer!
Friday: Skills check-off! PASS! Hubby takes new job! Get grade on my nursing test! A!
The last year as been kicking us pretty hard, so it actually feels weird to have this much happiness in one week, but I can't complain! The weather is cooling, the cards are in our favor, and I'm downright happy, guys.
I also managed to finishing writing a chapter in my WIP! It was awesome and made me realize that I definitely need to keep writing time in my schedule.
Lost a girl out of my program because she broke her foot. I'm already accident-prone, so this really freaked me out. I'm going to be uber-careful not to put myself in willing casualty-zone, because I really can't afford to drop out of the program due to an injury. Note to self: save injuries for May.
Hoping to do some much-needed yard work this lovely weekend.
