My Crappy Week

I'm struggling this week, friends. On many levels, but the highest level is my WIP. I'm so close, but so, so far...And this week's shenanigans haven't helped.

So in order to vent, I made you pretty pictures showing you how I feel.

I hope they make you smile! I smiled. :0)

Hope everyone has a happy holiday weekend! Let's blow some shit up!

Totally know how that feels. Talk about an emotional roller coaster, those WiPs!

Hope you get over the hump and reach the finish line soon. Maybe a few days of relaxation will do the trick. (Or maybe you'll try to relax and the whole time you'll be thinking about it. lol)

Loved the comic, and the disclaimer at the bottom, too:)

Happy weekend!

Hi, Summer! I've totally been where you currently are and done exactly what you described/scribbled/suffered through in order to get something of merit on paper.

I guess the one thing that keeps me going, however, is the awesome feeling I receive when it's finished. You'll get there soon, so don't throw in the towel just yet, okay!

Hope you have a great holiday weekend! Tory

Awww I hope you feel better now after venting!! These are great and very disturbed drawings - but what artistry!!!!

Your pic is lovely too btw!

Take care

Hahaha! That was awesome. I know it wasn't an easy week for you--so been there, but thanks for sharing your pictres. Which are fabulous. My pictures are always blob-like.

You'll get to the end, though. Keep chugging along.

I so know the feeling! I have my regular weekly, no, daily melt downs that are almost identical to your pictures. LOL. Fun stuff!!

Have a happy 4th!!

Is it wrong of me to say that your misery was delightful? :) I loved your art! It was raw, emotional and identifiable. But I do hope next week goes a little better for you.... even if it means no more hilarious drawings for me. :D

LMAO!! You are nuts! I love your pics. :D

If I were to create comics for my last two weeks, I think I would get in trouble. Big, big trouble.

TGIF! If I scroll down through your art really fast it's almost like a cartoon show. Your pics are very funny, but sorry I'm getting a chuckle at your expense :(

If it helps, the illustrated version of your week was cool :D

Hopefully next week will be awesome to balance it out :D

ROTFLMAO!!!!

The comics are hilarious! Of course the fact you've been having a hard week isn't, but I'm happy to see you've turned it into something amusing.

Writing wouldn't be writing if we didn't go through th agony.

Those kinds of break downs are part of my process- or that's what I tell myself.

I think my favorite was when your WIP told you to eat a bag of dicks. Mainly since I haven't heard that phrase in ages, and relly, once you think of it, it's rather a horrifying exhortation, isn't it? I mean... what are they doing in the bag? Who put them there? Don't their original owners miss them? AAAHHH!!!

*cough*

O.O

:)

P.S. Feel better. I prescribe vodka. And possibly fireworks. But not at the same time.

haha! Paint blog illustrations. WIN!
i don't even know if i can really remember all that happened in the last two weeks. Something like, work, work, work, eat too much, more work.
